Checking whether the electronic components are sitting on the tray correctly
The CD33 laser displacement sensor detects the presence or overlap of electronic parts in trays. The high‑precision CD33‑30x can detect height differences as small as 12 µm. With both analog and comparator outputs, presence or overlap (NG) can be judged using simple ON/OFF signals.
