When inspecting riveting amount, workers traditionally measured the riveting amount point-by-point with a caliper, which was time-consuming and resulted in considerable variations in measured values. The LS series can measure the riveting amount instantly. It can also measure the rivet and plate relative to each other even if the measurement distance is not fixed, so stable inspection is possible even when there are variations.
