Bottle can dent and scratch inspection
Dents and scratches on the surface of a bottle can are detected using a backlight and camera. When illuminated with bar lighting or low-angle ring lighting, scratches are difficult to detect due to the influence of the bottle can design and glossiness. If the bottle can is illuminated from below by a narrow directivity angle type backlight, the can surface irregularities can be emphasized while also ignoring the design.
