Detecting plain chewing gum protruding from the package
The high‑resolution C‑MOS BGS sensor BGS‑HL detects gum protrusion during stick‑gum packaging. Even green packaging paper, which is difficult for diffuse‑reflective sensors to detect, can be inspected stably by the BGS‑HL. Its small spot size of about φ0.8 mm enables reliable detection even when the protrusion amount is very small.
