Checking the presence of IC chips on the tray

  • Checking the presence of IC chips on the tray

The presence of chips in the tray is scanned and detected by the CD22 laser displacement sensor on the handler. Even when a general-purpose laser photoelectric sensor cannot detect them due to a small difference in received light, the CD22‑100 can detect by height (distance). It reliably determines presence even if the chip color varies or the chips are thin.
