- Please be aware that because the aperture angle of this product is extremely narrow, light may not be taken in depending on installation conditions.
- When installing, determine a reference surface as shown in the diagram below while paying sufficient attention in regards to light axis shifting and slanting. Install so that emitting/receiving fibers are parallel.
Notes about the included slit masks
- Two types of slit masks are included with the NF-TZ09. The included slit masks can be used for detecting small objects or to prevent light saturation when using Fiber-Optic Cables at close range. However, using slit masks reduces the sensing distance.
  Because the slit masks are adhesive, when applying them to the Fiber-Optic Cables, align the slit projection with the top of the cables as shown in the diagram below.
