Washer appearance inspection
The appearance of washers is inspected. Defective parts are warped. The narrow directivity angle type OPX sensing coaxial lighting provides highly uniform and directional lighting, allowing the flat surface of a washer to be captured brightly and evenly. In contrast, a defective washer that is warped does not reflect light uniformly, resulting in localized dark areas. This makes the pass/fail judgment reliable.
