Measurement evenness of metal parts
The compact CD22 laser displacement sensor measures the parallelism of small metal parts. Previously, the parts were rotated for measurement because multiple sensors could not fit into the narrow space. With the compact CD22, multiple sensors can be installed, eliminating the need for a rotation mechanism. This not only reduces equipment cost but also improves takt time through instantaneous measurement.
