Measuring thickness and width of the cupper belt

By measuring the thickness with the CD5‑LW25A and the width with the LS‑100Cx, both the thickness and width of the copper belt can be inspected. The CD5‑LW25A can measure thickness with a resolution of 0.37 μm, while the LS‑100Cx can measure width with a resolution of 25 μm. This enables high‑precision inspection of both the width and thickness of copper belts.
