Measuring deviation of linear guide in X and Z axis

The LS‑100Cx shape‑measurement sensor inspects the straightness and bending of linear guides. Conventional displacement sensors require two units or two scans (by changing orientation) to measure both height and width. With the LS Series, height (Z‑axis) and edge position (X‑axis) can be measured simultaneously using a single sensor in one scan.
