Measuring wire diameter and its position

The wire diameter and its pass‑through position are monitored using the LS‑100Cx shape‑measurement sensor. The sensor verifies whether the wire is being produced at the correct diameter while simultaneously feeding back lateral runout information to the winding unit. This enables both product inspection and runout feedback control to be performed at the same time.
