Displacement sensors can be used to measure the height of a workpiece to control the level of a deburring brush.
The CD2H-700 can perform measurement at ranges up to 1200 mm, so the sensors can be placed so that they do not interfere with the movable range of the brush, which allows for stable measurement.

The TD1 through-beam edge sensor detects the seams of coils wound around metal tubes.
Detection is possible by monitoring the difference between the small diameter of the tube and the large diameter of the coils. With a repeatability of ±5 μm, the TD1 can ensure stable detection even if the coil results in only a slight difference in diameter size. In addition, the 10 mm measurement range means workpieces never leave the field of view, making detection possible even if some deviation occurs during tube transportation.

The thickness of the carbon plate and metal plate after bonding is measured with the laser displacement sensor CDX series.
All models of the CDX series are equipped with the newly developed image sensor "ATMOS", so black objects can be measured regardless of laser class 1.
Laser class 1 has realized measurement of black objects that was difficult to measure unless it was laser class 3R or higher.

The TD1 series of through-beam edge sensors measures the outer diameter of cylindrical workpieces.
Although the maximum measurement range of the TD1 series is 10 mm, using two TD1 series sets and an amplifier unit for calculations makes it possible to measure workpieces even with an outer diameter of 10 mm or more. This means outer diameter measurement is possible at a low cost and without using expensive size-measuring instruments.
