Sealing Inspection of Cupped Foods

The CD2H series laser displacement sensor can be used to detect cupped foods sealing defects.
The lid of the cup is pressed with a cylinder at a fixed pressure and its height is measured. Sealing defects can be determined because the cylinder sinks lower than when sealing is normal because air leaks out if there is a sealing defect. A threshold value is set inside the sensor and judgment is made by internal comparator output.
Installation space can be saved thanks to the built-in amplifier, and the IP67 protection rating allows for worry-free use on food lines where it will be exposed to water.

It can check level of pasty foods filled in the tray. It measures distance from top of the tray down to the level of the pasty foods even if its height is not stable on the conveyer.

Checking if the cap of the bottle is fastened correctly or not by two CD33 series.
If the cap is not fastened correctly, the surface of the cap is flat and if it's fastened correctly, center of the cap is dented by pressure difference between atmosphere and inside of the bottle so you can check it by two CD33 series.

Controlling level of melted chocolate paste by CD33 series.
CD33 series can measure the distance to the chocolate surface even if the surface is reflective. CD33 has two control outputs with individual threshold so you can get signal that show two different level from one CD33 series.
