Detecting existence of the medicine bottle
Detecting existence of the medicine bottle by limited reflective Fiber-Optic Cables is possible at robot arm that picks up the bottle. The thickness of the sensor head is only 4mm so it can be installed in narrow space. And it is a limited reflective sensor which works stably even if the color of the bottle varies.

Detecting existence of caps of vial bottles
Fiber-Optic Sensors D3RF and reflective Fiber-Optic Cables NF-DT01 can detect existence of caps of vial bottles.
By attaching lens NF-DA04 at the sensor head of NF-DT01, the spot size will be adjusted φ0.5mm Minimum. And small and thin cap can be detected stably because of the pin-pointing.

Standard size BGS sensor BGS-Z10 can detect right side and wrong side of the box before goods is put into the box.

C-MOS laser BGS sensor BGS-DL10T can detect direction of syringe tray.
