Detecting deviated tier from the conveyer
The sensing distance of DSR-5000 is 70m (max.).
It can detect anything that blocks the laser beam in as long range as 70 meters along the conveyer.
Model: Digital amplifier and laser sensor head D2SA + DSR-5000
Detecting position of cars in the mechanical parking garage
Detect car position in the mechanical parking garage is possible by fiber cable NF-TX01 with large-diameter lens which will work stably even if it gets contaminated with dust.
Its fiber cable is 20m long and can be cut anywhere freely so installation will be easily handled.
Model: Threaded thru-beam type fiber cable NF-TX01
Detecting protruding box from the rack
The sensing distance of V4T-7000 is 70m (max.).
It can detect anything block the laser beam in that long range along the rack.
Model: AC/DC power type with block terminal V4T-7000
Checking IC sitting on the tray correctly or not
C-MOS laser BGS sensor BGS-HL05T can detect level difference of IC. When the IC is not sitting at correct place on the plate, the level will be higher.
Resolution of BGS-HL05T is 0.08mm so it can detect small level difference. Any color and surface condition of the IC on the plate with various colors can be detected correctly.
Model: C-MOS laser BGS sensor BGS-HL05T
Detect glass alignment
Coaxial reflective type with small spot size approximately φ2mm (at distance: 2m) makes it possible to detect transparent glass.
It can adjust sensitivity at optimum value with transparent teaching setting of amplifier D2SA.
Model: Digital laser sensor head DSR-800
