The MVS-PM-R color pattern matching vision sensor makes it possible to check whether three-color toothbrush sets with the correct color combination are being conveyed.
The color matching mode uses color and color area values for inspection, enabling detection of whether toothbrushes in three colors of blue, pink, and yellow are set.
In addition to checking for incorrect color combinations, checking for defects such as an insufficient number of items is also possible.
