Measurement in High Temperature Environment

The CS non-contact thermometer can be used for measuring temperatures to ensure products are heated at the correct temperature in the carpet bonding process.
The heat-resistant CS model is capable of ambient temperatures as high as +180°C. The ability to place the sensor head near heated workpieces eliminates the need for installation at a distance to eliminate the effects of heat.

Temperature Monitoring of Drive Units

Temperature Monitoring of Drive Units

The CS series non-contact thermometer monitors the temperature of driving units to detect abnormal heat generation.
The CS series is equipped with a PhotoMOS relay in addition to analog output, allowing trends to be monitored using analog output and reported via the relay in the event of an abnormality.
Moreover, the built-in 7-segment display is compact yet easy to see, ensuring usability without the need to install a separate digital panel meter.

Temperature Management in Cardboard Molding Processes

Temperature Management in Cardboard Molding Processes

The CS non-contact thermometer can be used to control heating roller temperatures by measuring the temperature of the cardboard.
Using temperature controllers for a heating roller means the temperature of the roller itself is measured, resulting in a discrepancy with the temperature of the cardboard, which can result in bonding defects.
Measuring the cardboard using a CS, however, allows feedback control to be sent to the roller.
This ensures bonding with no mistakes.
