The width of secondary‑battery base film is measured using two CD2H Series laser displacement sensors. Sensors are installed at both edges of the film, and the film width is obtained by calculating the two measurement values. Because the CD2H‑700 supports long‑distance measurement up to 1,200 mm, the sensors can be installed in positions that do not interfere with moving components of the equipment. In addition, with a measurement range of 1,000 mm, the sensors can be used for objectｓ with various film widths without requiring setup changes.
